Month of Coordination

I have limited availability for Month-of-Coordination services to prioritize weekends for my full wedding planning clients. I periodically open up spots, and right now, I have 3 openings for Month-of-Coordination couples.

Month of Coordination services include:

• Day of On-Site Coordination: Oversee all aspects of the wedding day and serve as the primary contact for vendors and guests, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Timeline Creation & Management: Develop and manage a detailed wedding day timeline to ensure everything runs on schedule.
• Vendor Confirmation & Management: Confirm all vendor details, coordinate arrival times, and manage communication to ensure everyone is aligned.
• Final Venue Walkthrough: Conduct a final walkthrough of the venue to review and finalize layout, decor, and logistical details.
• Rehearsal Coordination: Direct the wedding rehearsal to ensure the wedding party is well-prepared and understands the ceremony flow.
• Layout & Seating Finalization: Finalize the layout and seating arrangements to ensure a comfortable and well-organized event.
• Day of Emergency Kit: Provide a fully stocked emergency kit for any last-minute fixes or unforeseen issues on the wedding day.
• Set Up & Break Down Management: Manage the setup and breakdown of the ceremony and reception, ensuring everything is arranged and packed up as planned.
